Dinner
Steamed salmon, with roasted pumpkin, peas & silver beat cooking in olive oil, chili, coriander and lemon juice.
Clean eating is the only way to get a flat toned tummy. There is really no secret, so pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth and stay hydrated. It makes me upset when I hear girls think you need to starve yourself to reach the weight you think is 'healthy'. You should never deprive your body of the nutrients it deserves! Work on improving your metabolism by cutting out sugar and processed foods and your body will love you for it! I eat more then I ever have now and that's mainly because I really care about what I put into my body and I have worked on my metabolism.
1- Never miss breakfast
2- Do weights to reduce my body fat
3- Do cardio for my fitness levels
4- Drink green tea to flush toxins and drink lots of water to stay hydrated
5- No sugar or processed foods
6- Drink lemon and water every morning for detox
7- Eat wholegrain low GI carbs for energy (in the morning) Who every says you shouldn't is crazy unless you are intolerant.
8- Eat chili to boost my metabolism
9- Eat all my food groups daily
10- Spend time with the people I love (stress impacts your weights and mental health)
They are things I do daily without fail. Try be positive everyday and set yourself goals. You need to take action to see results that your proud of :)

Sunday breakfast
Today's breakfast was actually mouthwatering.
I have been doing heaps of cardio this week so I had a crazy sugar craving! Had to add some sneaky chocolate to this meal.
Ingredients: Homemade muesli (Rolled oats, Quick oats, Natural bran, buckwheat & barley) with natural organic fat free yoghurt, passion fruit, strawberries topped with coconut & chia seeds and of course dark chocolate on the side ;)

Lunch
This weekend I spent so much time in the kitchen preparing food for the week. I was having one of them motivated Saturdays :)
For lunch I made Egg salad.
Ingredients: Spinach, Roast potato, Beetroot, Broccoli, Snow peas, Pine nuts, Hard boiled eggs and avocado.
Dressing was Dijon mustard mixed in with olive oil, lemon, white vinegar & pepper.

Homemade toasted muesli
This mornings breakfast was homemade tasted muesli (oats, barley, sliced almonds, pumpkin & sunflower seeds) with melted berries, blueberries and banana topped with chia seeds.
Home to make homemade toasted muesli
Make note you can add whatever seeds and grains you like. I always mix it up.
INGREDIANTS
-Rolled oats
-Barley
-Slithered almonds
-Pumpkin seeds
-Sunflower seeds
-2 tbs honey
-1 tbs maple syrup
-2 tbs flaxseed oil
Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place honey and maple syrup in small pan over low heat for 1-2 minutes until combined and runny.
Combine oats, almonds and barley on baking tray. Drizzle with warm syrup. Bake for 10-12 minutes until toasted and golden, stirring once during cooking. Remove and cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients, except the flaxseed oil, in a large bowl. Add the cooled oat mix and flaxseed oil and stir until well combined
Store muesli in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 15 days
Enjoy
