Breakfast

This mornings breakfast is such a simple and quick meal to make. I made oatmeal in low fat milk topped with banana, honey and cinnamon. There should be no excuses to miss breakfast! This took me under 2 minutes to make.

Mixed berries with raw 85% organic dark chocolate melted on top. Packed with antioxidants and high in fiber. This is the kind of meal I eat when im craving sugar. The best thing is, its actually healthy! I do eat this in moderation and its normally once or tice a week. I used 2 rows of chocolate for this meal x

Peas cooked in olive oil, salt, chili & coriander
Salad- Prawns, snow peas, spinach, beetroot, avocado & lentils dressed with olive oil, balsamic, white vinegar & mustard.

Oatmeal cooked in half milk/half water then I melted frozen mixed berries and added them on top.

Steamed peas & broccoli with chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon and oregano with brown rice, fresh chili and lime.
