  2. I am studying nutritional medicine through ACNT. They are based in NSW but I do it online because I have a very busy lifestyle so I find it works well for me. I absolutely love it! I am so passionate about Nutrition and I am constantly learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
    I know there are Universities in Melbourne that would have similar courses to mine where you could go into classes if that works better for you.

  4. Hey Hun, love the blog and insta page.

    I just wanted to ask you a question about your course at ACNT. I want to start studying nutrition but I don't think I could survive going back to studying full time lol. So I was looking into doing it online but found out that most health funds wont recognize courses studied via distance education. Do you think this will effect the amount of business or clients you have once you are qualified? And have you started your placement yet, how is that going?

    Thanks babe, its so tough trying to find out this sort of info before starting a course if you don't actually know anyone in the industry

    I know exactly how you feel, I was the same because I still wanted to be able to work heaps and save money for holidays ect and also have a life still ;) Distance education works well for me, I obviously incorporate my learning into my lifestyle everyday which is always good for knowledge and experience.
    I start placement very soon, not sure where I am going yet.
    If distance education works better for you then I say do it, if not find a course on campus

    1. aw thank you :) It’s so nice to hear positive feedback like that
      I do weights 5 times a week (mixed with high intensity cardio) and cardio 2 days a week (long distance running). I love running, it’s actually a hobby of mine and I dont think of it as a workout when im doing it because I actually love it. Although I get best results from stripping body fat from doing weights mixed with high intensity circuit work.

    Banging body and a personal question! Obviously I don't expect you to reply unless you are open with these things.

    You have had a boobjob I see, was thia done in AUS or overseas? I'm looking to make the dreaded trip to thailand and want to hear people's experiences first!

      Mine were in done in Aus. I havent heard much about thailand but I would never personally want to do it overseas because I wouldnt feel comfortable. Since mine I have had follow up appt with my surgeon so if it was done overseas that wouldnt be possible.

  9. Hi Danielle! I love your page, too bad you do not upload as much as before...I am always happy when a new post shows up, especially if it contains anything personal like food, fitness etc. I read you do weights and running, like me. However, somehow i cannot stay on this weight, nor lose any fat. i am constantly gaining, and no its not muscle. I was wondering wether you can give more insight into your weekly workout routine, for example how heavy do you do weights, how much reps, which exercises, do you do full body or split? And how do your circuits look like? And the intensity of your running? and how would be a specific day of eating? I know we are different, but just to give us an idea:) i have heavy sleeping problems so i eat during the night too, and therefore i eat more than i actually need, and have less energy during the day too. therefore i eat deli meat during the night, which is of course heavily processed and with sugar/dextrose etc but i have to, in order to reduce my total calorie intake. do you think its ok, or do you have any other suggestions for me, besides veggies and nuts? Sorry for asking so many (detailed) questions:) I just think you are a great example and inspiration!
