I eat a green granny smith every day without fail. It has always been one of my favorite fruits since I was little. Great for getting you through the morning before lunch time. They have never ending help benefits, contain no fat and full of fiber! (makes you feel fuller for longer) If you are trying to lose weight I would recommend adding one a day into your diet

Izabel Goulart
Izabel Goulart is such an amazing and inspiring women. She is so positive in regards to health and fitness and always makes sure she is organized so she can fit in her daily workout. I love the fact she makes no excuses! This is my attitude towards my health every day. Even if I have to wake up at 5.30am to fit in a workout I will! If you want to change your lifestyle you really need to put actions into place. Your body will thank you for it

With free range turkey breast, avocado, beetroot, lentils & mixed beans dressed with some freshly squeezed lemon.
Snack
Strawberries and 85% dark organic chocolate is one of my favourite snacks. I find if im having a sugar craving i will have some chocolate during the day instead of after dinner. Its not good to go to bed 'very' full because you want to wake up and be hungry enough to eat a big nutrisious breakfast to kick start your matabolism!

Workout
Cardio day. Todays session was 200 sit ups & a 6k run outdoors. That's all I had time for due to work but I always make the most of it. The Lorna Jane app is really handy to have to keep track of how far and quick your running. I always aim to beat my record.

Lemon detox
I am never short of lemons in my house hold! I drink a litre of water with lemon after I eat my breakfast and before my dinner every single day, for dressings on my food, cooking & in my green tea. I even use it to put on my skin as a face mask due to their amazing anti bacterial properties. I also use them as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a liver cleanser and assist with digestion. They are very high in vitamin C which makes them immune boosting and by far my number one natural remedy. You want to detox? Start stocking up on lemons!

Breakfast
H2 coconut water with frozen mixed berries blended together and then I added shredded coconut, quick oats and buckwheat. Put in a bowl and set overnight in the fridge. When I woke up it was like Bircher muesli but in a refreshed smoothie version. Added chia seeds, designated coconut, blackberries, half a banana, macadamias and buckwheat on top for extra crunch.
