Workout

Cardio day. Todays session was 200 sit ups & a 6k run outdoors. That's all I had time for due to work but I always make the most of it. The Lorna Jane app is really handy to have to keep track of how far and quick your running. I always aim to beat my record.

  2. I always aim for 200 squats min. Healthy eating and regular exercise will reduce cellulite. Cut out sugar and processed foods.

  3. How long are your oval sprints post weights? And do you do cardio every day?

    1. It changes everyday and depends what workout I did that morning. I love cardio so I do it everyday but I also have a lot of muscle now from doing weights so I dont have to do weights as much anymore, I simply just need to maintain it.
