I am never short of lemons in my house hold! I drink a litre of water with lemon after I eat my breakfast and before my dinner every single day, for dressings on my food, cooking & in my green tea. I even use it to put on my skin as a face mask due to their amazing anti bacterial properties. I also use them as a weight loss aid because lemon juice is a liver cleanser and assist with digestion. They are very high in vitamin C which makes them immune boosting and by far my number one natural remedy. You want to detox? Start stocking up on lemons!

Do you just put the lemon juice straight onto your skin and wash it off or do you dilute it with water?
ReplyDeleteI wash it off wish st ives apricot scrub, gets rid of all the bad bacteria and dry skin :)
ReplyDeletethanks heaps :) do you just do that daily or do you use other skin care products as well?
ReplyDeleteYeah every morning :) lemon also helps fade scars/marks or anything like that on your face. At night I use a cleanser and then use moisturiser morning and night after I wash my face

Thank you so much for your advice! Loving your blog :) x
ReplyDeleteoh sorry forgot to ask, do you use a st ives cleanser and moisturiser too?
ReplyDeleteI use Neutrogena oil free moisturiser because it works well on my skin so I don’t get pimples. Everyone is different, some people have dry skin so require moisture. I use vitamin E cream sometimes too.
