Breakfast

Blended 1 small banana, mixed frozen berries and coconut water. Put into my bowl and then added rolled oats, buckwheat, half a small banana, slithered almonds and chia seeds

  2. yeah that sounds like a good amount. I dont no how much i have exactly. I just sprinkle it on food :)
