Breakfast

Rolled oatmeal in apple crumble, banana, blueberries, slithered almonds and cinnamon

  2. Apply crumble recipe is
    7 green apples
    1 cup almond meal
    2/3 cup coconut
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup custard powder
    2 tbsp of coconut oil
    1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp agave necar
    2 tsp vanilla essence
    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

    Peel and core apples then dice into approx. 2 cm cubes. Place apples into a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Simmer on low to medium heat for approx. 5 mins until apples are tender but not mushy.

    Meanwhile, combine almond meal, coconut, rolled oats, custard powder, ground cinnamon (1 tbsp) and agave nectar in a separate bowl.
    Add coconut oil and vanilla essence to the dry ingredients and mix together until all the mixture is moist and crumbly.
    Drain apples well once cooked and gently toss through cinnamon (1tsp). Place into an oven proof dish.
    Cover the apple mixture evenly with the crumble mixture and bak for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
