Pre workout

I have been receiving a lot of emails in regards to what I do for exercise on a daily basis. I love running but I defiantly have had the best results with reducing body fat by doing weights! I can naturally gain muscle easily so I need to make sure I do cardio to stay lean. When I want to be leaner I strictly stick to cardio. Everyone's bodies are different so you need to find what works best for you. I would highly recommended always eating a nutritious big breakfast to get your metabolism going and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. This also helps in not over eating.

For breakfast i made home made muesli (natural bran and rolled oats) with lite milk, shredded coconut, raspberries, pecans & slithered almonds.

  1. Hi Danielle,

I think it's truley awesome the work your doing to promote a healthy lifestyle and a healthy way of living however the question must be asked. Are you actually within a healthy weight range and setting a good example for young girls out there who aspire to be like you- with 12000+ followers on instagram I dare say there would be a few girls out there who would be starving themselves to be like you..
In addition to that I notice how you really prop up your food to make it look like its out of a recipe book my other question is does all that yoghurt get eaten out of those jars? with so many children in Africa who are starving my concerns also go towards the waste of food you would have..

    Thanks

    Love Chloe xx

  2. omg if your not going to be positive on here then theres no real point of your existance. I know Danielle personally and she is not anorexic nor does she behave or promote it. She is a beautiful person inside and out with intelligence to back it up. Shes trying to obviously.gain some exposure before finishing her course in nutrition and earned it through people of similar interests and goals. She is inspiring people not asking them to see her as their role model...theres a difference.

Oh and if you were so concerned about the children in Africa why are you wasting your time on her blog when the time and money spent on your internet could have been sent to them?

In addition they are questions which as a member of the PUBLIC looking at a PUBLIC blog... I should be able to ask.. so how about you shove your finger back down your throat in the toilet bowl babe

  7. I have noticed you have said you have had the best results using weights. I have currently started doing leg weights at the gym, but I am scared of my legs bulking instead of losing weight. What weight do you use and how many reps, sets??
    Great profile :)

    1. I did weight for a while mixed with cardio but now I have muscle memory so I only maintain and do more cardio. You need to try things and see what works for you because everyones body is different. Maybe try doing weights one day and cardio the next :) The more lean muscle you have the quicker your matabolism will be which will stop you from gaining weight. Dani x
