As you can probably tell I absolutely love salmon. I eat it at least 3 times a week. Packed with omega 3, high in vitamin D, selenium for healthy hair, skin, nails and bones. The good fat you need in your diet.
I cooked them normally in olive oil with brown onion, sea salt, pepper and chilli. for snacks i normally eat fresh fruit, natural yoghurt and berries, raw nuts and seeds.
