Salmon

As you can probably tell I absolutely love salmon. I eat it at least 3 times a week. Packed with omega 3, high in vitamin D, selenium for healthy hair, skin, nails and bones. The good fat you need in your diet.

    Also you seem to have healthy, filling main meals. Do you snack? If so, what are some healthy options?

  2. I cooked them normally in olive oil with brown onion, sea salt, pepper and chilli. for snacks i normally eat fresh fruit, natural yoghurt and berries, raw nuts and seeds.
