This morning’s breakfast was rolled oats, almond meal and natural bran in lite milk with raspberries, banana & blueberries with coconut water. You won’t feel low on fiber after this! I always have homemade muesli prepared in the pantry. This is one of my favourite ones and is 100% natural with no added sugars or preservatives. I always make muesli myself because a lot of the ones you buy have added sugars in them. If you do buy it just make sure you read the ingredients.

ReplyDeleteLove your blog, very inspirational. How much of each item(rolled oats, almond meal and bran) do you put in i.e. (cups, teaspoons, etc.) Is the almond meal in a powder form as well?

ReplyDeleteI didn’t count portion size when I made this. I already had it pre made (kilo of rolled outs, kilo of natural bran and 500g of almond meal) in a cereal container and then put it in a slandered size bowl as you can tell from the picture. Added half a banana and half a punnet of raspberries & blueberries.
