Workout

Today was 300 squats in sets of 50 and 400 sits ups in sets of 50

  3. I always try mix it up but when I do weights I always do sit ups and squats no matter what. I am currently working on my bum and abs more that’s why I have focussed my sessions on this more than other things at the moment.
