Dinner

Atlantic salmon & asparagus topped with tomato salsa sided with Chinese broccoli cooked in olive oil, garlic, chilli and lemon

Tomato salsa- Thinly diced tomatos and red onion with freshly squeezed lemon and a touch of salt & pepper.

  2. For this dish i did it very basic.
    I thinly diced the tomato and red onion, i added freshly squeezed lemon with a touch of sea salt & pepper x
