Cardio

A big breakfast is always needed before I go for a long distance run and weight session.

I love to make home made bircher museli. I mixed rolled oats, bran and shredded coconut in the fridge over night in half water & half lite milk. In the morning i added slithered almonds, banana, figs, passion fruit and honey to top it off. Amazing!
