Avocado the ultimate superfood! I don't normally eat bread for lunch but on occasion when I am training for longer hours I will have it on mega grain bread. Sometimes I require more energy when I train for longer hours. This is also a good breakfast idea especially when you are in a hurry. Don't let the fat content of an avocado scare you. It is considered one of the healthiest foods you can eat with an excess of 25 essential nutrients. It is fibre rich (make you feel fuller for longer) and heart friendly. Eat fat to burn fat!
