Curried lentils cooked with madras curry paste, coriander, olive oil and water instead of coconut milk so it is healthy. Vegetables included are onion, celery, sweet potato & carrot. I also added chilli because I love spicy food! This can be frozen so you can reheat for a healthy dinner or lunch option
Looks delicious. Prefect as the weather is cooling down. Would love to know the quantities.
ReplyDeleteI made a massive batch and frooze some in containers. i dont measure portions but If you feel like you struggle with eating to much try drinking a litre of water about 15 mins before you eat and this will assist you with eating less! Its a weightloss trick
